What makes us accessible?

We consistently ensure that our space is inclusive for all people: regardless of mental health challenges, physical ability, socioeconomic status, sexuality, family status, religious beliefs, culture or age.

Our Services

Our team of counsellors, therapists and support workers are experienced in working with people with a diverse range of needs. Each person is treated equally and receives a high-quality level of care.

Feel free to enquire with us about your individual needs: we take a flexible approach to care.

Our Building and Equipment

Our building is wheelchair accessible, with ramp access and elevators.

Parking bays are available directly in front of the building, and ACROD bays are available in the carpark located directly behind Luma (access via Errichetti Place).

Our medical clinic features adjustable examination couches, to provide easier access for women with limited mobility or require the use of a wheelchair. Please inform reception when booking.

For women unable to attend in person, we offer support over the phone or online, depending on the program. Please enquire about the specific service you require.
