Approximately 10% of pregnant women and 13% of women who have just given birth experience a mental disorder, primarily depression. This is just one reason why maternal mental health is so important.
On May 3rd, we will celebrate World Maternal Mental Health Day, with this activity-filled and informative morning tea. An opportunity to celebrate the journey of motherhood and the importance of mentally healthy mothers and families.
