We believe in meeting you where you are.
Whether you’re concerned about drinking a little too much or ten years recovered, experiencing relapse, or want to understand a loved one’s usage – everyone is welcome, at all stages of their journey.
We offer safe and non-judgmental options to cater to all women: from wellness activities and goal setting; to drug and alcohol counselling and hands-on practical support in your home.
Our support groups are open, low-commitment and welcome places to drop-in, meet other women and discuss life experiences, habits and goals. There is no shame. There is no judgement. Only new perspectives and safe conversations.
