A self-help group for Anorexia/Bulimia Nervosa

A 20-week program led by peer workers, for anyone aged 18+ experiencing Anorexia or Bulimia Nervosa.

This program meets weekly and is available to anyone (of any gender). It’s facilitated by our compassionate peer workers, who have been through an eating disorder and recovery. They’ve walked the path, and they get it. Being supported by lived experience is known to deeply enhance support, recovery, and treatment.

This program offers activities and take-home tasks to keep the process of healing consistent. It helps you to build a positive sense of self that’s separate from the eating disorder. You’ll get the chance to connect with others too, who are on a similar path.

We know that eating disorders affect every part of health, so all participants can also access free art therapy, nutrition support from our dietitian, and physical checkups in our medical clinic – so you’re cared for, inside and out.

*Please note: this program is only available for people based in Western Australia.
