All the things your pelvic floor wishes you knew

A free educational event, empowering women with knowledge about their pelvic floor health, from women's health physiotherapist, Odette.

There’s part of our health many of us were taught to quietly put up with – and we think it’s time we changed that.

Pelvic health issues affect 1 in 3 Australian women over the age of 15, but most of us were never taught what ‘normal’ looks like.

Leaking when you cough, sneeze or laugh is just one of the signs your pelvic floor needs support – and it’s more common and treatable than you may think.

This free event offers a holistic and evidence-based approach, delivered by Odette Gaynor who brings:

  • 15 years of experience in continence and pelvic health
  • Masters of Clinical Physiotherapy (Continence and Pelvic Health)
  • Passion for supporting women

Women’s Walking Group – Joondalup

Join our walking program and enjoy a weekly refreshing walk and coffee to boost your health and sense of connection.

Our Steps Together program is a simple yet powerful way to boost your health and wellbeing through walking and connection.

Starting from Joondalup Lotteries House, our walking group heads out for a 45–60-minute walk filled with fresh air, movement, and connection with others. Walking together not only supports physical fitness but also strengthens social connections — a key part of mental and emotional health. After the walk, everyone gathers back at Lotteries House to share a coffee and sometimes we offer a short talk or presentation.

It’s an easy, enjoyable way to stay active, meet new people, and nurture both body and mind.
