An 8-week parenting program that teaches parents to read their child’s emotional needs and build their self-esteem.

The Circle of Security is an early intervention program for parents that focuses on the relationships which give children emotional support.

Under the COSP model, our facilitators will help you to:

  • Understand your child’s emotional world by learning to read emotional needs
  • Support your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions
  • Enhance the development of your child’s self esteem
  • Honour the innate wisdom and desire for your child to be secure

Creche is available for children 5 years and under. Bookings are essential.

The Body Esteem Program are travelling to Albany for the first time to deliver a one-day workshop for parents and carers of someone with an eating disorder.

This free, informative workshop will give you information about the nature of eating disorders, and tips on how to care for your loved one, so you can feel empowered in your role as carer and ally.
