A free, welcoming 8-week supported playgroup for mums and children aged 0-5years to connect, relax, play and enjoy.
If you’ve struggled with drug and/or alcohol, currently or in the past, come along to our safe, welcoming, supported playgroup.
You’ll be welcomed into our non-judgemental space with other mums who get it, facilitated by our Nurturing Families social worker and our amazing creche worker, who has tons of perinatal therapy experience!
This supported group is for mums and their little ones to connect, play and grow together. When children play alongside others, they’re doing so much more than having fun. They’re learning to share, take turns and read the world around them — building the social confidence and curiosity that shape how they’ll connect for years to come. And for mums, it’s a chance to relax, meet others on a similar path, and enjoy watching your little one flourish.
