An 8-week course to help you new mothers to increase your mental wellbeing and confidence, through mindful practices, reflection, creative processes and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

This group is intended to offer a safe, reflective space, build self-awareness and understanding and empower new mothers by exploring ways to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.

It’s also an opportunity to connect with other new mothers who are striving to improve their health and wellbeing.
